In case that you are not on time  at your boarding point , you will not receive a refund as we will have declined other bookings in order to keep a seat for you

In case of  bad weather conditions  the excursion will be canceled and a full refund will be given to the customers or a credit for another day (for an excursion of the same price)

CRETETOURS  may  amend or cancel the excursion in whole or in part if minimum number of  Travelers specified in the itinerary is not met  , or due to mechanical breakdowns.  In this case a full refund will be given to the customers or a credit for another day (for an excursion of  the same price)

Referring to the orders of the Ministry of Merchant Marine, the Port authorities or due to force majeure, that may affect passengers' safety , CRETETOURS  assume no responsibility for any delay in sailing, or modification of the scheduled route, due to the bad weather conditions. 

During public holidays, access to  museums, archaeological and religious sites  may be limited

Payment will be  online by credit card . CRETETOURS will never collect and process your credit card details

Customers will be provided by insurance coverage inside the bus ,  during  the moment they board on the bus in the morning , until the end of the of the excursion
